Meet Rudi

Rudi 1Rudi is the naughtiest and cheekiest young wood elf in the Thickett. He lives with his parents Rhoda and Roddy Dendrum and he is always up to no good.

One practical joke too far sees Rudi off on the adventure of a lifetime.

Meet Cheryl

I was born in North Staffordshire in 1956, my dad was in the Police force, mum was a telephonist. I went to a grammar school where I learned how to paint and developed a love for literature.

I am married with three beautiful grown-up daughters and four grandchildren, two bouncy poodles, two house cats, and nine silkies with six chicks. We also have two Appaloosa-cross Welsh horses, a Welsh Mountain pony and three field cats who roam free on seven acres of Staffordshire countryside. I could name them all but I’ll run out of space!

I was recently made redundant after 19 years as a primary school teaching assistant and decided it was time to indulge my creative side. I have been telling the tales of Rudi Dendrum since my children were babies and I am very excited to find out what he will get up to next.
